New residential project in Dresden-Gittersee with approx. 136 m² of living space. Thanks to the high standards in terms of energy efficiency and sustainability, these houses meet the requirements of the KfW subsidy programs.
A key feature of this project is its outstanding energy efficiency, which not only ensures maximum cost-effectiveness but also demonstrates exemplary environmental awareness. As part of the KfW promotion for sustainable living, the heat and hot water supply for each individual house is provided by a pellet heating system that is 100% renewable and does not use any fossil fuels. This further minimizes the environmental impact while reducing long-term operating costs.
Upon entering the house, visitors are greeted by an inviting entrance area with space for a checkroom. The open-plan living and dining area with integrated kitchen forms the heart of the first floor and provides direct access to the terrace and small garden. Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms and a modern bathroom with shower and bath. The top floor offers flexible use as a master bedroom, home office or hobby room, with large skylights creating a bright and friendly atmosphere.
