This website uses Google (Universal) Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc, Google Dublin, Google Ireland Ltd, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, Fax: +353 (1) 436 1001(www.google.de). Google (Universal) Analytics uses methods that enable your use of the website to be analyzed, such as cookies.
The information generated about your use of this website is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. By activating IP anonymization on this website, the IP address is shortened before transmission within the member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. The anonymized IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
You can prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.
As an alternative to the browser plug-in, you can click the link to prevent Google Analytics from collecting data on this website in the future. An opt-out cookie will be stored on your device. If you delete your cookies, you must click the link again.
The purpose of using Google Analytics is to analyze the use of our website and to be able to improve it with the knowledge gained. The statistics generated in this way help us to improve our offer and to make our website more interesting for you. Insofar as personal data is transferred to the USA, Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield(https://www.privacy-shield.gov/EU-US-Framework). We use Google Analytics on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR.
You can find Google’s privacy policy at www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy.

Possibility of objection: The collection and storage of data by Google Analytics can be objected to at any time with effect for the future. To prevent Universal Analytics from collecting data across different devices, you must opt out on all systems used.

Google Maps
We use the Google Maps service on this website. This allows us to show you interactive maps directly on the website and enables you to use the map function conveniently.
When you visit the website, Google receives the information that you have accessed the subpage of our website. In addition, the above-mentioned personal data is transmitted. This occurs regardless of whether you have a user account with Google and/or whether you are logged in there or not. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not wish your data to be associated with your Google profile, you must log out before visiting the sub-page of our website. Google stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or the needs-based design of its own website. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular – even for users who are not logged in – to provide needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles. To do this, you must contact Google.
You can find more information on the purpose and scope of data collection and processing in Google’s privacy policy: http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy. There you will also find further information on your rights and settings options in this regard. Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield(https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework).

Linking to social networks
Various social media plugins (“plugins”) are used on our website to increase awareness of our company – this advertising purpose is a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR. The respective provider of the social media service is responsible for data protection-compliant operation. We currently use the following plugins: facebook, Google+.
We use the so-called two-click solution. This means that when you visit our website, no personal data is initially passed on to the providers of the plugins. Only when you click on one of the buttons is it activated and a direct connection to the servers of the respective website operator is established. In this way, the website operator is informed that your IP address has been registered on our website. In addition, the personal data collected on our website (see above) is transmitted to the respective provider. In the case of Facebook, according to the respective providers in Germany, the IP addresses are anonymized immediately after collection. By activating the plugin, your personal data is therefore transmitted to the respective plugin provider and stored there (for US providers in the USA).
We have no influence on the data collected and data processing operations, nor are we aware of the full extent of data collection, the purposes of processing or the storage periods. We also have no information on the deletion of the data collected by the plug-in provider.
The plug-in provider stores the data collected about you as usage profiles and uses these for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or the needs-based design of its website. Such an evaluation is also carried out in particular for users who are not logged in to display needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the respective social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact the respective plug-in provider to exercise this right. We use the plugins to offer you the opportunity to interact with the social networks and their users so that we can improve our offering and make it more interesting for you as a user. The legal basis for the use of the plugins is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR.
The data transfer takes place regardless of whether you have an account with the respective provider, are logged in or not. If you are logged in with the plug-in provider, your data collected by us will be assigned directly to your existing account with the respective provider. If you click the activated button and, for example, link the page, the plug-in provider also stores this information in your user account and shares it publicly with your contacts.
Further information on the purpose and scope of data collection and its processing by the plug-in provider can be found in the privacy policies of these providers. There you will also find further information on your rights in this regard and setting options to protect your privacy.
Facebook is operated by Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland (“Facebook”). An overview of the Facebook plugins and their appearance can be found here:https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/. The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook as well as your rights in this regard and setting options to protect your privacy can be found in Facebook’s data protection information at https://www.facebook.com/policy.php. Facebook has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield(https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework).

YouTube
Our website uses the provider YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA, represented by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, to embed videos. Normally, when you access a page with embedded videos, your IP address is sent to YouTube and cookies are installed on your computer. However, we have integrated our YouTube videos with the extended data protection mode (in this case, YouTube still contacts Google’s Double Click service, but according to Google’s privacy policy, personal data is not evaluated). This means that YouTube no longer stores any information about visitors unless they watch the video. If you click on the video, your IP address is transmitted to YouTube and YouTube learns that you have watched the video. If you are logged in to YouTube, this information will also be assigned to your user account (you can prevent this by logging out of YouTube before watching the video).
We have no knowledge of and no influence on the possible collection and use of your data by YouTube. Further information can be found in YouTube’s privacy policy at www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/. We also refer you to our general description in this privacy policy for the general handling and deactivation of cookies.

SOCIAL MEDIA, PLUGINS AND TOOLS

We maintain online presences within social networks and platforms in order to communicate with the customers, interested parties and users active there and to inform them about our services. We would like to point out that user data may be processed outside the European Union. This may result in risks for users because, for example, it could make it more difficult to enforce users’ rights. With regard to US providers that are certified under the Privacy Shield, we would like to point out that they thereby undertake to comply with the data protection standards of the EU. Furthermore, user data is generally processed for market research and advertising purposes. For example, user profiles can be created from the usage behavior and the resulting interests of the users. The user profiles can in turn be used, for example, to place advertisements inside and outside the platforms that presumably correspond to the interests of the users. For these purposes, cookies are usually stored on the user’s computer, in which the user’s usage behavior and interests are stored. Furthermore, data can also be stored in the user profiles independently of the devices used by the users (especially if the users are members of the respective platforms and are logged in to them). The processing of users’ personal data is based on our legitimate interests in effective user information and communication with users in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. GDPR. GDPR. If the users are asked by the respective providers of the platforms for consent to the data processing described above, the legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a., Art. 7 GDPR. For a detailed description of the respective processing and the possibilities of objection (opt-out), we refer to the following linked information from the providers. In the case of requests for information and the assertion of user rights, we would also like to point out that these can be asserted most effectively with the providers. Only the providers have access to the user’s data and can take appropriate measures and provide information directly. If you still need help, you can contact us.

On the basis of our legitimate interests (i.e. interest in the analysis, optimization and economic operation and in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offer within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. If you are logged in with your YouTube account, YouTube allows you to assign your surfing behavior directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.

  • IP anonymization

Google Analytics Remarketing

Our websites use the functions of Google Analytics Remarketing in conjunction with the cross-device functions of Google Ads and Google DoubleClick. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

This function makes it possible to link the advertising target groups created with Google Analytics Remarketing with the cross-device functions of Google Ads and Google DoubleClick. In this way, interest-based, personalized advertising messages that have been adapted to you depending on your previous usage and surfing behavior on your end device (e.g. cell phone) can also be displayed on another of your end devices (e.g. tablet or PC). If you have given your consent, Google will link your web and app browsing history to your Google account for this purpose. To support this function, Google Analytics collects Google-authenticated user IDs that are temporarily linked to our Google Analytics data in order to define and create target groups for cross-device advertising.

    1. SOCIAL MEDIA, PLUGINS AND TOOLS

    Use of social media

    ANALYSIS TOOLS AND ADVERTISING

    Google Analytics
This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”. These are text files that are stored on your computer and enable your use of the website to be analyzed. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

    • IP anonymization
We have activated the IP anonymization function on this website. This means that your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transmitted to the USA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. Google will use this information on our behalf to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide us with other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
    • Demographic characteristics in Google Analytics
This website uses the “demographic characteristics” function of Google Analytics. This allows reports to be created that contain statements about the age, gender and interests of site visitors. This data comes from interest-based advertising from Google and from visitor data from third-party providers. This data cannot be assigned to a specific person. You can deactivate this function at any time via the ad settings in your Google account or generally prohibit the collection of your data by Google Analytics as described in the section “Objection to data collection”.
    • Google’s privacy policy
You can find more information on how Google Analytics handles user data in Google’s privacy policy.
    • Browser plugin
You can prevent the storage of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings in your browser software; however, please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the link.
    • Basis
The storage of Google Analytics cookies is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
    • Contract data processing

In this way, the same personalized advertising messages can be displayed on every device on which you sign in with your Google account. To support this function, Google Analytics collects Google-authenticated user IDs that are temporarily linked to our Google Analytics data in order to define and create target groups for cross-device advertising.

    • Privacy policy of Google
Further information and the data protection regulations can be found in Google’s privacy policy.
    • Basis
The aggregation of the data collected in your Google Account is based exclusively on your consent, which you can give or withdraw from Google (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). For data collection processes that are not merged in your Google account (e.g. because you do not have a Google account or have objected to the merging), the collection of data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The legitimate interest arises from the fact that we have an interest in the anonymized analysis of website visitors for advertising purposes.
    • Objection
You can permanently object to cross-device remarketing/targeting by deactivating personalized advertising in your Google account.
You can find another opt-out option in our cookie statement.

This website uses Google Ads. Ads is an online advertising program of Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (“Google”).

The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for Ads customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers are told the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users.
