ENERGY EQUIPMENT FROM WERNER WOHNBAU

Energy is one of our most valuable assets. So the desire for an optimized building envelope and efficient building technology is without question. The integrated living space ventilation guarantees sufficient fresh air and also transports any moisture to the outside. Highly efficient thermal insulation on the exterior walls and roof are standard, as are all windows with triple-pane insulating glass with a thermal insulation value of Uw=0.80 W/m²K in accordance with DIN EN 673. We are gradually adapting technical energy issues in order to be able to offer you future-oriented energy-saving solutions.

By supplying heat with a central air-to-water heat pump system in the energy center and a communal photovoltaic system, you save heating costs of approx. 35% per year compared to a reference building heated with 100% gas, built in accordance with the Building Energy Act (GEG). When the heat pumps are running at full capacity, gas condensing boilers ensure the supply of the residential complex. A communal photovoltaic system is installed on the terraced houses. The electricity produced is primarily used to operate the heat pumps and for general electricity.

With this heat supply system, each terraced house has its own air-to-water heat pump system. You get your own photovoltaic system on your house, including a battery storage unit and inverter. The degree of self-sufficiency is approx. 50% and you save approx. 50% of the electricity costs (depending on user behavior). This energy supply is 100% regenerative.

The KfW Efficiency House 40 has an annual primary energy requirement of only 40% of the GEG reference building, which means a 35% lower energy requirement than a building that meets the statutory minimum requirements. In the KfW Efficiency House 40, the transmission heat loss is a maximum of 55% of the permissible values according to the Building Energy Act (GEG). Thanks to the highly efficient thermal insulation of the exterior components, the optimized triple-glazed windows with excellent U-values and special insulation measures for the roof and floor slab, the energy-saving houses with Efficiency House 40 construction easily meet this requirement. This energy supply is 100% regenerative.

Take advantage of the KFW40 subsidy from the KFW.

The KfW 40 NH efficiency house has an annual primary energy requirement of only 40% of the GEG reference building, which means a 35% lower energy requirement than a building that meets the statutory minimum requirements.

With this construction method, we meet the requirements for “sustainable building” and achieve DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council) Gold status.

Take advantage of the KFW family subsidy. You can currently obtain a maximum loan amount of 170,000 to 270,000 euros at a reduced interest rate via the KFW at a current interest rate from 0.61% (current as of 16.10.2023)

When using a central pellet system in an energy center, you save heating costs of approx. 30% per year compared to a reference building heated with 100% gas and built in accordance with the Building Energy Act (GEG). This energy supply with biomass is 100% regenerative. The heat requirement is covered by renewable energies in the form of wood pellets. Trees absorb CO2 from the air as they grow. When wood is burnt, this exact amount of CO2 is released again and is therefore no higher than it would be if it rotted naturally in the forest. Heating with wood pellets is therefore CO2 neutral and makes an important contribution to climate protection.

CUSTOMER PORTAL

We would like to introduce our customer portal, which gives you a digital insight into your construction project. With your personal customer access, you can view and manage a wide range of documents. For example, the project documents (master plans, project description, living space calculation, etc.). You can also keep an eye on the offers and invoices you have received from us, as well as any additional special requests you have made. You can also find the HausBauKompass and later also your energy certificate and the maintenance and operating instructions here.
