In rural Aasen, only approx. 6 km from Donaueschingen, we are building a total of 12 terraced houses with approx. 145 m² of living space.

Each terraced house is spread over three floors, with the option to customize the floor plan as required. The rooms are designed in a friendly and light-flooded atmosphere and offer enough space for the whole family.

The open kitchen area and the bright living room are located on the spacious first floor. There is also a modern guest WC in this area. The upper floor has two rooms that can be used as bedrooms or for other purposes. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub, a shower, a WC and a washbasin. The bathroom is equipped with modern sanitary facilities. There are two further bedrooms on the top floor, which can be used flexibly, for example as a children’s room or office. There is also a large storage room in the attic for additional storage space. All windows in the terraced houses are triple-glazed for sound and energy efficiency. External roller shutters are also fitted to regulate the amount of light and privacy as required. Each house has a terrace area that invites you to relax and linger, as well as its own small garden.
