Wülfrath. Werner Wohnbau is building 14 modern semi-detached houses to the energy-efficient KFW 40 NH standard in the new development area on Haselnussweg. Each house offers plenty of space for families on 143 square meters spread over three floors. The houses should be ready for occupancy in August 2025.
