Sustainable living in Solingen: Modern terraced and semi-detached houses with approximately 129 m² and 144 m² of living space, built to the KfW 40 NH standard, QNG-certified, with very low energy costs and attractive KfW funding. The shell construction is already completed, and interior work has begun.

The houses meet the energy-efficient KfW 40 NH standard (QNG-certified). Each is equipped with its own photovoltaic system with battery storage, which, together with an air-to-water heat pump, provides a sustainable, fully renewable energy supply. The energy concept is complemented by underfloor heating and comprehensive thermal insulation, ensuring a comfortable indoor climate throughout the year.
