In Schwabmünchen, only approx. 26 km from Landsberg am Lech, we are building a total of 11 terraced houses and 2 semi-detached houses with approx. 141 m² of living space. A central heat supply is provided by pellets – ecological heating with biomass – 100% regenerative and without fossil fuels.
Each house extends over three floors and offers the option of customizing the floor plan as required. The rooms are designed in a friendly and light-flooded atmosphere and offer enough space for the whole family.
The open kitchen area and the bright living room are located on the spacious first floor. There is also a modern guest WC in this area. The upper floor has two rooms that can be used as bedrooms or for other purposes. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub, a shower, a WC and a washbasin. The bathroom is equipped with modern sanitary facilities. There are two further bedrooms on the top floor, which can be used flexibly, for example as a children’s room or office. There is also a large storage room on the top floor for additional storage space. All windows in the terraced houses are triple-glazed for sound insulation and energy efficiency. External roller shutters are also fitted to regulate the amount of light and privacy as required. Each house has a terrace area that invites you to relax and linger, as well as its own small garden.
