In Metzingen, only approx. 15 minutes by car from Reutlingen and 30 minutes by car from Tübingen, we are building a total of 12 semi-detached houses with approx. 115 m² of living space.

Leasehold land shares. The costs for this are invoiced separately each year.

To further minimize the environmental impact, the heat and hot water supply for each individual house is provided by an air-to-water heat pump that is 100% renewable and uses no fossil fuels.
