Mannheim-Sullivan

George Sullivan Ring

In Mannheim, we are building ten apartment buildings with a total of 176 apartments.

On an area the size of Mannheim’s city center, FRANKLIN is literally creating something big: a lively, sustainable urban quarter with a mix of living space with character, urban flair in the middle of greenery, work opportunities, leisure facilities and educational institutions, with shopping facilities, a sustainable mobility concept and direct routes to the surrounding districts, the city center and nature. In short: a place worth living in with a future that will also give Mannheim new impetus.

FRANKLIN: formerly the largest US housing estate, consisting of Benjamin Franklin Village, Funari Barracks and Sullivan Barracks. Between 2015 and 2028, FRANKLIN will create its own district for around 10,000 people. It will also have a comprehensive infrastructure, distinctive architecture and 50 hectares of green spaces. The total area covers around 144 hectares, which corresponds to the size of Mannheim’s city center.

All apartments in residential buildings A and D have already been sold.

WHERE IS THE BUILDING PROJECT LOCATED?

Arrange a non-binding personal consultation for the project. We look forward to hearing from you.

FRANKLIN is located 5.5 km north-east of the city center, south of Viernheim. The site is directly accessible via the Viernheim interchange on the A 6 and A 659 highways, federal highway 38, state highway 597 and district road 9751. The site is directly adjacent to the Käfertal district and the wooded area there. FRANKLIN is already connected to the public transport network by streetcar line 5 and bus line 67, and a light rail line to the district is under construction.

Micro-location of our construction project:

Mannheim Franklin – Sullivan

Diversity, closeness to nature, unique stands of pine trees and thus the most attractive living space with individual design options make the Sullivan subdivision a special place. Sullivan is bordered by extensive wooded areas to the north and east. To the west, the large public park forms the end of the area
