In the idyllic village of Illertissen-Au, in the southern part of Bavaria, we are building a total of 8 residential units with approx. 135 m² of living space. Main energy sources: Bioenergy

A key feature of this project is its outstanding energy efficiency. This means maximum efficiency and exemplary environmental awareness. To further minimize the environmental impact, heat is supplied to the houses by a central pellet plant, a renewable biomass that is 100% regenerative and does not use fossil fuels.

Each of the modern homes extends over three floors and offers a well-designed floor plan and a friendly, light-flooded atmosphere. There is plenty of space for the whole family. In addition to the spacious interiors, each house has an inviting terrace that invites you to relax and linger, as well as a private garden area.

Our principle: serial construction with well thought-out floor plans, high technical and energy standards – this is how we create liveable residential quarters in the shortest possible time!

The surrounding landscape is characterized by rolling hills, meadows and fields. The region is characterized by agriculture and is known for its idyllic nature. Stores, restaurants, cafés and other facilities for daily needs can be found in the town center. The town has a good infrastructure and good transport links. The A7 highway runs close to the town and provides quick access to surrounding towns such as Ulm and Memmingen. There is also a train station with regular train connections to the surrounding towns. There are various leisure activities in Illertissen. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking, cycling and nature walks. There are also several sports clubs and facilities, including an indoor swimming pool and tennis courts.
