Our building project is located approx. 9 km east of Dresden city center in the idyllic district of Rockau, Helfenberg.

The popular Rockauer Höhe vantage point, also known by locals as “Sachsens Hiefel”, with a magnificent view over Dresden, is just 200 m from the project.
The south of Rockau still retains its village charm, with well-preserved historic farmsteads characterizing the town center. The north resembles a residential suburb, with newly built detached houses and smaller apartment buildings.

Two roads lead from the village via Helfenberg to Cunnersdorf and via Eichbusch to Schönfeld. There are various daycare centers, elementary school and secondary schools in these surrounding districts, which can be reached by car in less than 10 minutes. There is also a bus stop in the village. Line 98B takes you to Weißig or Pappritz Stollberg.

In Weißig, 6 km away, there is a large shopping center as well as an excellent infrastructure of service providers and stores. The A4 towards Bautzen can be reached via the S177 and the A4, A13 and A14 towards Leipzig and Berlin via the B6.
