Hellweger Anzeiger: Start of construction for new residential buildings

Anyone wanting to fulfill their dream of owning their own home will have a new opportunity to do so in Holzwickede in the coming months: a new residential area will be built on around 1.2 hectares of land between Massener Strasse and the school sports center in the southern part of the town center over the next few years.
The nationwide company Werner Wohnbau will build a total of 36 turnkey residential units here. The multi-storey buildings will include 24 semi-detached houses and twelve terraced houses, each of which will be built in three groups of four.
