In Fuchskaule, Cologne-Elsdorf, ten modern terraced houses with around 142 m² of living space are being built – ideal for families who want to live sustainably and comfortably.
The project places special emphasis on energy efficiency: All houses meet the KfW Efficiency House 40 NH standard and are QNG-certified. Buyers benefit not only from particularly low energy consumption and permanently reduced additional costs, but also from attractive government incentives, such as low-interest loans and repayment grants from the KfW.
The features are designed for modern, environmentally friendly living: An air-to-water heat pump efficiently provides heating and hot water—completely without fossil fuels. A photovoltaic system with storage generates electricity from the roof, increasing independence from the public grid. The energy concept is complemented by underfloor heating and high-quality thermal insulation, ensuring even warmth and high living comfort.
The houses are spread over three floors with a well-thought-out layout, offering bright, welcoming rooms, a terrace, and a private garden. This creates a harmonious combination of modern architecture, energy efficiency, and family-friendly living.
