Sustainable living in Köln-Elsdorf: Ten modern terraced houses in Fuchskaule built to the KfW 40 NH standard, QNG-certified, with very low energy costs and attractive KfW funding.
The project is fully committed to energy efficiency: all houses meet the KfW Efficiency House 40 NH standard and are QNG-certified. This allows buyers to benefit from very low energy costs as well as attractive government incentives, such as low-interest KfW loans and repayment subsidies.
The sustainable equipment concept includes an air-to-water heat pump, a photovoltaic system with storage, underfloor heating, and high-quality thermal insulation—providing environmentally friendly, comfortable living without fossil fuels.
The houses span three floors and impress with well-thought-out layouts, bright rooms, a terrace, and a private garden. The project thus combines modern architecture, high energy efficiency, and family-friendly living.
