Topping-out ceremony in bright sunshine and high spirits

Numerous families with children gathered on the second weekend in March to celebrate the topping-out ceremony for the new residential project in Dresden-Gittersee. In bright sunshine and high spirits, interested parties took the opportunity to see the future homes for themselves on site.

The traditional topping-out speech, which was the symbolic highlight of the celebration, sounded punctually at 3 pm. The site manager then gave the visitors a tour of the building shell, not only providing exciting insights into the current status of the construction work, but also going into detail about the planning of the houses.

The project comprises a total of 13 family-friendly terraced houses and 6 semi-detached houses, which are specially tailored to the needs of families. During the tour, visitors were informed in detail about the special features of the construction project and were able to talk to potential buyers.

The topping-out ceremony was not only an important step for the builders, but also a significant moment for the entire neighborhood.
