Project presentation with ice cream truck highlight – a successful afternoon

In August, together with Silke and Marc Willkomm, we had the pleasure of welcoming numerous interested guests to the project presentation directly on the site at Alter Bahnhof 6-8 in Riedstadt-Wolfskehlen. With perfect weather, it was the ideal opportunity to learn about the construction project firsthand – personal, approachable, and informative.

Ein besonderes Highlight war der Eiswagen von Meyer Events, der für Erfrischung sorgte und sowohl kleine als auch große Gäste begeistert hat. Zusätzlich stand das mobile Finanzierungsbüro der FINEX GROUP vor Ort bereit und beantwortete individuelle Fragen rund um Finanzierung und Fördermöglichkeiten – kompetent und unkompliziert.

Our project at a glance:
In a central location, 17 modern residential units are being developed, with living spaces ranging from approximately 116 to 136 m². The well-designed floor plans offer everything that defines modern living today – open layouts, bright rooms, and flexible usage options, such as in the attic as a home office or a retreat filled with natural light.

Sustainable and future-proof:
Heating and hot water supply are provided by an environmentally friendly pellet boiler system, which avoids fossil fuels while ensuring high energy efficiency. Additionally, all units are structurally prepared for e-mobility, making the project especially forward-thinking.
