Hannover-Seelhorst: Final construction phase reached

The residential project in Hanover-Seelhorst is in the final construction phase and is fast approaching completion. A total of ten modern townhouses have been built, each with a generous living space of around 117 square meters. Particularly noteworthy is the design of the houses with their inviting roof terraces, which offer additional privacy thanks to stylish terrace partitions.

While the final work on the external appearance – such as the façades and outdoor facilities – is still underway, the houses have already been fully put into use. Most of the new residents have moved into their homes and are now breathing life into the quarter. This marks an important milestone in the project development, which impressively demonstrates both the quality of the planning and the successful implementation of the overall concept.
