Start of construction for 14 terraced houses in Erdbeerfeld in Mengede
After more than 20 years of design, the “Erdbeerfeld” residential quarter in the west of Dortmund is about to tackle its final chapter: the first 14 terraced houses of 18 houses in the first construction phase are about to be completed. Werner Wohnbau GmbH & Co KG plans to complete the houses by the end of May – they should even be ready for occupancy in 2025. Some homes are still available.
