Construction work begins on residential project for rent in Horgau
A new residential quarter is being built in Horgau that impresses with its high energy efficiency and sustainable construction. WERNER WOHNBAU is building a total of 11 residential units here, consisting of a semi-detached house and three groups of terraced houses with three units each. The houses each have a living space of 142 m² with 5.5 rooms, spread over three floors, and offer spacious floor plans, light-flooded rooms with a living room ventilation system, terraces and private gardens. The residential complex is primarily aimed at families who want to live in a rural location and at the same time appreciate the proximity to the city – Augsburg is only around 17 kilometers away. Focus on sustainability: bioenergy as the main source of energy The project relies on a sustainable heat supply from a central pellet plant that completely dispenses with fossil fuels. The main energy source is bioenergy, which guarantees future tenants a renewable and environmentally friendly supply. All homes will be built in accordance with the strict standards of the KfW55 efficiency house, based on the requirements of the current Building Energy Act (GEG). For residents, this not only means low energy costs, but also a significant reduction in CO₂ emissions. Modern construction with the highest standards WERNER WOHNBAU is pursuing its proven principle of serial construction in this project. The high technical and energy standards create modern and liveable residential quarters that are characterized by their energy efficiency and comfort. The innovative construction method combines automated processes with well thought-out planning and thus guarantees the highest quality and sustainability. Reservations for prospective tenants now possible Werner Immobilien & Hausverwaltung, a subsidiary of WERNER WOHNBAU, is responsible for letting the residential units.
