The urban development contract for the site of the former Worch nursery on Russenstrasse has just been signed.
Leipzig. A new housing estate is now being built at Sonnenpark Probstheida. There are plans for 53 terraced houses. “The urban development contract with the local authority has already been signed. Marketing will begin on November 9 with an event on site,” said Claudia Michaelsen from developer Werner Wohnbau.
The site covers almost 1.3 hectares. It is located between Russenstraße 120 and Feldstraße 98 – exactly opposite the eastern end of Franzosenallee. If you get off at the “Feldstraße” bus and Flexa stop, you can’t miss a large construction sign.
