The “Wohnpark Am Schloss” new-build project is located in the heart of Immendingen.

With a view of the beautiful Schlossplatz square, our project with 30 barrier-free residential units for assisted living and care living is being built opposite the town hall and kindergarten. The building is aimed at people aged 60+ or people with a degree of care who want to shape their own lives in old age. The first floor of the building houses a day care center and an administrative unit, which can be used as an outpatient health and care support point, for example. Construction started in November 2021.

The building project creates a vibrant living atmosphere. The advantageous location also ensures the infrastructural accessibility of local suppliers to meet daily living requirements and makes this property a socially well-connected center of life for older people.

The building has three storeys with an additional attic storey and is designed as a flat-roofed building. Between the new building and the neighboring buildings, an attractive garden area and green outdoor recreation areas will be created.

The project was developed by Adventus GmbH and is being implemented by Werner Wohnbau GmbH & Co KG from Niedereschach.
