which meet the highest quality standards and impress with their sustainable construction and upmarket fittings.
FRIEDRICHSHAFEN - 6 SEMI-DETACHED HOUSES
Six modern semi-detached houses were built here in the popular 120 SD 40 house type. This building project combines contemporary architecture and creates a pleasant living environment for families and couples. The optimal floor plans offer generous living space and individual design options, while the location in Kluftern guarantees a quiet quality of life close to nature. Residents also benefit from the proximity to Lake Constance, which offers numerous leisure activities and recreation.
IMMENDINGEN - SENIOR AND APPLE PROPERTY
With living spaces of between 50 and 107 m², 30 high-quality, barrier-free apartments have been created here. Features include underfloor heating, an elevator that makes all floors easily accessible, underground parking spaces and cellar rooms for additional storage space. Our concept offers flexible services as required, including a care service, home care and day care directly in the building. The property was built to meet the strict KfW 55 EE standards for energy efficiency, offering not only comfort but also sustainability.
IMMENSTAAD - 10 TERRACED AND SEMI-DETACHED HOUSES
On a plot area of 2,300 m², we built modern semi-detached and terraced houses of house type 145 SD 35, which were built to the GEG standard and offer maximum living comfort. A special highlight is the garden shed as an optional extra, which creates additional space for hobbies and leisure activities. The houses are also equipped with sufficient sockets, LAN and TV connections for optimum digital networking.
LADENBURG - TERRACED AND MULTI-FAMILY HOUSES
On an impressive total area of 34,046 m², 94 terraced houses of house type 136 SD 35 and 144 PDT 7 were built in a total of 6 construction phases. In addition, 55 residential units were built in a modern apartment building.
In order to meet the needs of the residents, an additional 60 parking spaces, 94 underground parking spaces and a further 94 parking spaces were created. This project represents WERNER WOHNBAU’s largest project to date and offers a diverse residential concept in an attractive environment.
MANNHEIM - TERRACED AND MULTI-FAMILY HOUSES
The Mannheim project in the “Franklin-Mitte” area embodies a modern and future-oriented urban quarter on a total area of 8,584 m². Here, 27 refurbished residential units with living spaces of between 52 and 122 m² and 36 attractive terraced houses with pent roofs, roof terraces and a generous 144 m² of living space have been created. There are also 59 underground parking spaces available.
VS-SCHWENNIGEN - TERRACED AND MULTI-FAMILY HOUSES
In Eschelen-Park in Villingen-Schwenningen, a contemporary residential and commercial concept has been created consisting of four small apartment buildings with a total of 23 apartments and a commercial unit. The apartments offer living space of between 68 and 129 m² and have a modern design to meet the needs of the residents. On a total area of 3,163 m², the project offers modern living spaces in an attractive environment. An underground garage with 32 parking spaces also provides convenient parking facilities.
In addition to the apartment buildings, 24 terraced houses of the house type 144 FDT were also built on an area of 6,678 m². These attractive residential units not only offer contemporary living comfort, but also practical amenities such as 24 parking spaces and 24 garages.
SCHWERIN - TERRACED AND MULTI-FAMILY HOUSES
An attractive residential project comprising 22 modern condominiums and 43 stylish terraced houses has been built in the Werdervorstadt district of Schwerin. Various house types, including the 120 PDT and 144 PDT 7 terraced houses, were built on a total area of 10,455 m². Each terraced house has its own roof terrace and an individual garden, which offers additional open space and retreat options. There are also 59 underground parking spaces and 50 additional parking spaces, offering residents a high level of comfort. This project promotes a lively residential atmosphere and contributes to the positive development of the district.
SEEVETAL-OVER - SEMI-DETACHED AND TERRACED HOUSES
An impressive building project was realized in Seevetal-Over: 18 modern terraced and semi-detached houses were built on a generous 5,032 m² site, which not only impress with their architecture, but also offer a magnificent view of the Elbe. The development was completed in January 2018 and comprises various house types, including the 120 SD 40 and 144 PDT 7 terraced houses and the 134 SD 40 semi-detached houses. 6 garages and 23 parking spaces were also planned to offer residents optimum comfort and quality of life. This project combines contemporary living space with an attractive location, making it a real asset to the community.
WALDBRONN - MULTI-FAMILY HOUSES
The project in Waldbronn sets new standards for modern living and sustainable quality of life. At a time when ecological responsibility and resource-conserving living are becoming increasingly important, this residential complex offers a well thought-out concept that minimizes the use of space and at the same time enables short distances for optimal local amenities.
With 115 high-quality condominiums between 55 m² and 106 m² in KFW 55 standard as well as 3 commercial units on a total area of 12,353 m², the project creates a harmonious living environment that combines coziness and first-class comfort. The heat supply for heating and hot water is provided by district heating, which is largely generated from CO2-neutral heat.
Some of the apartments are barrier-free and offer a spacious living area as well as underfloor heating in all rooms.
