WERNER WOHNBAU specializes in the construction of turnkey terraced and semi-detached housing complexes as well as apartment buildings. As a medium-sized, regionally successful family business, we look back on over 30 years of construction experience. Inspired by the automotive industry, we have transferred their production processes to real estate construction and complete over 350 homes annually.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
For your Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree, we offer you a hands-on start in cooperation with DHBW Mosbach at our headquarters in Niedereschach. During your practical phases with us, you'll get to know various construction projects in turnkey residential building. You'll support your site manager colleagues in the coordination, scheduling, and supervision of subcontractor work, from the start of construction through handover to our end customers. You'll be actively involved in a wide variety of tasks, take on responsibility of your own, and be able to contribute your own ideas even during your dual studies. The focus areas at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Mosbach (Neckar-Odenwald district) include building technology, construction, quality management, business administration, construction management, and construction law.
