Neckarsteinach impresses with its proximity and perfect connections to the university city of Heidelberg. In the immediate vicinity of the historic old town, below the medieval Mittelburg castle and located directly on the Steinach river, a modern residential quarter is being created with a total of 126 apartments and a doctor’s surgery, spread across five buildings. Rosbach vor der Höhe is a location that uniquely combines quality of life, nature, and urban proximity to Frankfurt am Main. Here, 52 barrier-free new-build apartments are being developed to the KfW-40-QNG Standard, featuring a special living concept: homes for the 55+ generation, complemented by an optional, modular service approach – yet deliberately without a fixed operator commitment.
