As a medium-sized, regionally successful family business, we look back on over 30 years of construction experience. Inspired by the automotive industry, we have transferred their production processes to real estate construction and complete over 350 homes annually.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
During the onboarding phase with our qualified construction management team, you will gain insights into all essential process flows. Subsequently, you will be independently responsible for the control, coordination, and supervision of subcontractor services, from the start of construction to handover to our end customers. Furthermore, you will conduct cost controls and invoice verifications and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
A successfully completed technical degree in civil engineering or another comparable construction-specific qualification (technician, master craftsman, architect) is on your resume
