Inspired by the automotive industry, we have transferred their production processes to real estate construction and complete over 350 homes annually.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
At the start of your role, you will become familiar with our company's key processes and workflows. You will then independently take charge of planning for HOAI service phases 1 to 5 in residential construction. In detail, your responsibilities include preparing design, approval, and execution plans. You will coordinate projects throughout the planning phases and liaise with internal and external specialist planners as well as approval authorities. You will support the planning team in developing modern construction projects that meet the highest energy efficiency and sustainability standards.
A successfully completed degree (architecture, civil engineering), or training as a construction technician or draftsperson with many years of professional experience, or similar
