WERNER WOHNBAU specializes in the construction of turnkey terraced and semi-detached housing complexes as well as apartment buildings. As a medium-sized, regionally successful family business, we look back on over 30 years of construction experience. Inspired by the automotive industry, we have transferred their production processes to real estate construction and complete over 350 homes annually.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
During your apprenticeship, you will contribute to exciting residential construction projects. You will learn to create architectural drawings using modern CAD programs under the guidance and instruction of our engineers and architects. Furthermore, you will gain insights into various planning phases and learn to prepare planning documents in accordance with HOAI service phases 3 to 5 – from the initial design idea to the execution planning. In doing so, you will work closely with our team, developing your professional and technical skills step by step and learning to work increasingly independently.
