House type 136 SD 35
The house type 136 SD 35 is our successful model for families and couples. Three floors offer a well-thought-out room concept: an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area on the ground floor, bedrooms and a spacious bathroom on the upper floor, and space for a children's room or a retreat in the attic. Optionally, the roof apex provides additional storage space. A photovoltaic system (depending on location) and solid precast concrete construction make the house practical for everyday life, functional and durable.
