YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Initially, you will familiarize yourself with our company's key processes and procedures. Subsequently, you will independently take charge of the specialist planning for HOAI service phases 3 to 6 for building services engineering in residential construction, including drainage planning. Furthermore, you will support purchasing in preparing specifications for heating, ventilation, and sanitary trades. You will coordinate interdisciplinary planning and assist construction management in monitoring and implementing construction projects.
Degree in supply engineering, technician in HVAC, journeyman/master with completed vocational training as a plant mechanic, or similar
as a specialist planner, project manager, or in a relevant field
would be CAD knowledge
