As a medium-sized, regionally successful family business, we look back on over 30 years of construction experience. Inspired by the automotive industry, we have transferred their production processes to real estate construction and complete over 350 homes annually.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
At the start of your role, you will become familiar with the key processes and workflows within our company. You will then independently take on planning for HOAI service phases 3 to 5 in residential construction. In detail, your work includes preparing construction drawings with a focus on approval planning. You will coordinate projects during the planning phases and align them with internal and external specialist planners as well as approval authorities. You will support the planning team in developing modern construction projects that meet the highest energy-efficiency and sustainability standards.
