The costs for this are invoiced separately each year. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A key feature of this project is its outstanding energy efficiency. This means maximum efficiency and exemplary environmental awareness. To further minimize the environmental impact, the heat and hot water supply for each individual house is provided by an air-to-water heat pump that is 100% renewable and uses no fossil fuels.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each of the modern homes extends over two floors and offers a well-designed floor plan and a friendly, light-flooded atmosphere. There is plenty of space for the whole family.
