Two houses are still available for sale. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>A key feature of this project is its outstanding energy efficiency, ensuring both maximum cost-effectiveness and exemplary environmental responsibility. To further minimize environmental impact, the homes are heated by a central pellet heating system. This system uses renewable biomass that is 100% sustainable and completely free of fossil fuels.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Upon entering the house, you are welcomed by an inviting entrance area that offers ample space for a wardrobe. The open-plan living and dining area with an integrated kitchen forms the heart of the ground floor and provides direct access to the terrace and a small garden. On the upper floor, you\u2019ll find two spacious bedrooms and a modern bathroom equipped with both a shower and a bathtub. The top floor offers a variety of potential uses and can flexibly serve as a master bedroom, home office, or hobby room.
