This allows buyers to benefit from very low energy costs as well as attractive government incentives, such as low-interest KfW loans and repayment subsidies. <\/p>\n\n<p>The sustainable equipment concept includes an air-to-water heat pump, a photovoltaic system with storage, underfloor heating, and high-quality thermal insulation\u2014providing environmentally friendly, comfortable living without fossil fuels.<\/p>\n\n<p>The houses span three floors and impress with well-thought-out layouts, bright rooms, a terrace, and a private garden.
