Anschlie\u00dfend \u00fcbernehmen Sie eigenst\u00e4ndig die Fachplanung der HOAI-Leistungsphasen 3 bis 6 f\u00fcr die technische Geb\u00e4udeausr\u00fcstung im Wohnungsbau, einschlie\u00dflich der Entw\u00e4sserungsplanung. Dar\u00fcber hinaus unterst\u00fctzen Sie den Einkauf bei der Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen f\u00fcr die Gewerke Heizung, L\u00fcftung und Sanit\u00e4r.
