Your tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n- Eigenverantwortliche Akquisition von Grundst\u00fccken im Wohnbereich in der Region<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Erstellung von Markt- und Standortanalysen<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Erstellung projektbezogener Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Auswerten von Immobilienangeboten sowie proaktives Identifizieren und Pr\u00fcfen geeigneter Grundst\u00fccke, Bestandsimmobilien und Projektentwicklungen<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Ausweitung und Pflege eines Netzwerks zu Maklern, Grundst\u00fcckseigent\u00fcmern und Beh\u00f6rden<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Beurteilung der Nutzungs- und Vertriebskonzepte in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Projektentwicklern<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Conceptual planning of the residential complexes<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Negotiations with property owners & estate agents<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Preparation for clarification of the building law<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Complete notarial processing of the property purchase<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Establishing and maintaining networks within the regional real estate industry<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Development of location & competition analyses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

Your education\/qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship as a real estate agent<\/strong>, real estate assistant or real estate and housing management assistant (m\/f\/d) or a degree in business administration \/ real estate management, real estate management, real estate valuation, project development or are a real estate specialist \/ business economist on your CV<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Experience<\/strong> with CAD programs (e.g. Revit) an advantage<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Confident use<\/strong> of MS Office programs<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Idealerweise<\/strong> sehr vertraut mit der Region und verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber ein belastbares Netzwerk bei Maklern und anderen Marktteilnehmern sowie \u00fcber regionale Marktkenntnisse und Wissen \u00fcber die Branchenlage in NRW.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienakquisition und\/oder Projektentwicklung in Projektleitungsfunktion<\/strong> <\/strong>oder in einer verwandten Fachrichtung sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in der Akquise, Verhandlung und im Ankauf von Grundst\u00fccken f\u00fcr Wohnbauprojekte verschaffen Ihnen einen entscheidenden Vorteil<\/li>\n\n\n\n
