Our project is located approx. 6 km west of the center of Leipzig, in the attractive residential district of Böhlitz-Ehrenberg, between the Burgaue and the Elster-Saale canal. The water tower is a landmark visible from afar. At just under 55 meters, it is one of the tallest of its kind in Germany. Böhlitz-Ehrenberg is a beautiful and highly recommended place to live among Leipzig residents. Here you have everything you need and the right feel-good atmosphere. To the north, the alluvial forest offers numerous recreational opportunities. Leipzig’s Auensee lake with its park railroad, playground and boat hire is particularly popular with young families. Your new home is located in a newly developed estate consisting of various detached houses and villa-like apartment buildings. There is a wide range of amenities and shopping facilities within walking distance. Doctors and pharmacies are of course also available. There are also 4 daycare centers, an elementary school and a secondary school, all within walking distance of the property.

Infrastructure:
Böhlitz-Ehrenberg is very well connected in terms of infrastructure. Streetcar 7, which runs every 10 minutes during peak times, or the S1, which runs every 30 minutes, will take you to the center of Leipzig in no time. The Leutzsch train station with both stops is just a few minutes’ walk away. The quickest way to reach your new home by car is via the A9, Leipzig West exit and then via the B181.
