The 120 m² of living space plus generous usable space in the attic is spread over three floors. The rooms are designed in a friendly and light-flooded atmosphere, are heated by underfloor heating and offer enough space for the whole family. The spacious first floor features an open kitchen area and a bright living room as well as a practical storage room under the stairs. The first floor also has a modern guest WC. The upper floor has two spacious rooms and a bathroom with a bathtub and a large, tiled shower as well as modern sanitary facilities. On the top floor there is an approx. 30 m² studio, which can optionally be divided into two separate rooms or even two separate rooms and an additional shower room.
